Preset dims are typical internal sizes and are editable. Length = depth from the rear door. Door dims optional: cargo that can't pass the opening in any orientation gets flagged (typical 20ft reefer door ≈ 229×222 cm).

Loading method

Multi-drop route (uncheck for single-drop)

How it packs: each SKU forms a solid block pushed to the front wall to maximise space — no front-to-back holes, every carton supported, ~2–3 cartons high (taller only when needed to fit). Multi-drop: last drop innermost, drop 1 by the door, drops kept separate. Hard payload stop.

Allow rotation — spin 90°, stays upright Allow flipping — lay on side / upside-down Prefer heavy boxes on the bottom

Keep flipping off for “this side up” cargo (liquids, ice cream). Flipped boxes are outlined in amber in the 3D view.

SKUs / boxes

⚠ Best with ≤ 4 SKUs. Beyond 4 different SKUs the model's accuracy drops — treat the layout as indicative, not exact.

⚠ Non-full loads: stack the exposed rear face as a slope (step boxes down toward the door) so nothing can topple into the empty space — brief loaders to shape the slope by hand.

Dimensions in cm, weight per box in kg. Drop = delivery stop (1 delivered first). Max↑ = tick only if this SKU has a stacking limit, then enter max layers (default: no limit — stacks to full height). Rows with the same SKU name, drop and dimensions are merged automatically. Fragile goods: plan them as a dedicated load.

One pallet holds 1 SKU by default, up to 2 stacked (row 1 = bottom, row 2 = top). Set the bottom SKU's Levels; the top SKU fills the remaining clear height above it. Leave Levels blank to fill the whole pallet with one SKU.
